Don't let this happen to you!
The standard connecting rod is a weak link in the OSSA engine and should be replaced
with the more reliable rod (see parts page), the standard rod is known to break with no
warning whatsoever and will usually destroy cylinder and cases when it does.

Please understand that if you send an engine like one of these, the
corrosion damage may make this an unreasonable candidate for restoration
